What should I do if Guests stay past the checkout time?

We advise you to mediate with Guests by asking them to leave your property once the Viewing is terminated as per the checkout time stated in the booking confirmation. If they refuse to do so, by posing a threat to you, we strongly advise you to contact law enforcement.
