When will I be charged for a booking?

When you send a booking request, we place a temporary hold on the funds on your payment card equivalent to the value of the booking price and the Service fee for a Viewing.

• If you cancel the booking request before it is accepted or declined by the Host or before it expires, you will not be charged any amount;

• If the booking request is accepted by the Host, you will be charged the booking price and the Service fee;

• If the booking request is declined by the Host or expires, you will not be charged any amount.
