Can I deny Guests access to my property?

You can deny Guests' access only if their behavior and actions are in clear violation of the property-specific rules, additional rules laid out by you, or constitute a threat to the safety of other persons.

You cannot deny access to Guests based on race, color, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation, perceived disability, and any other personal preference.

If you demonstrate a pattern of rejecting Guests, you undermine the strength of our community by making potential Guests feel unwelcome. We may suspend your account if you demonstrate such a pattern.
