If you believe that damages have been caused to your property and/or personal belongings, log into your Viewnary account and visit the Support Center where you can review your completed Viewings over the last 72 hours. You have up to 72 hours after the termination of a Viewing to submit a claim, where you should include the following:
1. The language in which you wish to submit the claim;
2. A description of the claim;
3. Pictures of the damage.
The right to submit a claim expires after 72 hours from the termination of a Viewing.
Viewnary has 5 working days after the submission of a claim to review it and notify Hosts about a proposed solution to overcome the difficulties encountered.
Exceptional circumstances whereby the review of a claim takes longer than 5 working days may occur. Hosts will be notified accordingly.
