Yes, but these must be disclosed in your Listing description.

In the Listing description, you must disclose the presence of security cameras or other recording devices directly managed or owned by you, in or around a Listing, even if not turned on or connected to a power source.

Security cameras and other recording devices that are in or that observe the interior of certain private spaces, such as bedrooms and bathrooms, are prohibited.
