When will I receive my payout for a Viewing?

You will receive your payout within 7 days after the termination of a Viewing.

We may withhold a payout for longer than 7 days if:

• A Viewing has been canceled by you or has not been carried out for any other reason that lies within your control;

• A payment from a Guest has potentially originated from a fraudulent payment method, for which the payout may be withheld for up to 90 days after the termination of a Viewing.

Our third-party collector, Stripe, will issue the payout on our behalf to your bank account.
