The insurance coverage offered by Viewnary is supplemental, which means that Hosts and Guests should ensure that they have their own insurance policies prior to using Viewnary. Hosts and Guests are solely responsible for ensuring that their insurance covers any losses or damages incurred during a Viewing. Viewnary is not liable for any loss resulting from insufficient insurance coverage. Viewnary does not engage in any recommendations of insurance policies and/or products.
If, as a Host, you believe that damages have been caused to your property and/or personal belongings, log into your Viewnary account and visit the Support Center where you can review your completed Viewings over the last 72 hours. The right to submit a claim expires after 72 hours from the termination of a Viewing. For more information on what you need to submit in order to file a claim of this nature, please refer to section 17.3. of our Terms and Conditions.
Viewnary cannot be held liable for costs related to repairs and replacements for damages caused by Guests. We are dedicated to providing our Hosts the safest hosting experience possible, and will exercise our best effort to make sure that such costs are covered by Guests liable for causing damages.
