How do I know whether a Viewnary email or website link is real or fake?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you won’t receive fraudulent emails and website links from fraudsters.

These fake emails will often ask for urgent confidential information like personal and bank account details, and may redirect you to a fake Viewnary website.

We never ask you to disclose confidential information via email.

Kindly note the following points to prevent being defrauded:

• Our official and secured homepage URL is https://www.viewnary.com, and includes the lock icon in your browser’s address bar. Links to any Viewnary page other than the homepage will still begin with this URL. Any other Viewnary URL is fake;

• If the name “Viewnary” is misspelled on any email or link, it is fake;

• All our email domains end in @viewnary.com. Any other Viewnary domain is fraudulent;

• If an email or website claims it will suspend/terminate your account, delay your payout, or cancel a booking unless you provide certain confidential information, it may be malicious. Always double-check such requests via your Viewnary account or contact us at support@viewnary.com if you are suspicious of an email/link’s authenticity.
