Yes.

While some Hosts grant direct access to Guests at their property without being present during the Viewing, we understand you might allow a trusted person to:

• Hand over and retrieve keys;

• Provide access codes;

• Make any other arrangement of your choice.

Any agreement between you and such persons is between you.
